    I am at 14 days girl :)

    I am wearing dress pants and a tank, getting ready for work.

    Not eating yet... having a potluck at work...

    Last day for a while since I am finally going to work on doing something about my weight..

    I am surprised at how quickly every thing is changing for me... all with making those decisions that I made two weeks ago... were they easy decisions no.... but they have been worth it..

      It's amazing, just as things can go downhill quickly, they can also improve quickly

    Driving: i do not own a car at the moment

    Eating: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt with 1 tsp honey and an apple chopped up in it

    Wearing: my work clothes :/

    Drinking: Hazelnut coffee black

    Reading: Immanuel's Veins by Ted Dekker

    Mood: I hate mornings/indifferent/ trying to start out positive

    Exercise: after work I'll do 30-40 of cardio (my knee and Ohio need a rest) and then I'll lift legs and abs

    Driving: a 1995 Chrysler Concord. His name is Baxter. :)

    Wishing: I could travel abroad again and lose five pounds.

    Hoping: I can find the right grad school and just know which paths I'm supposed to take to be who I'm supposed to be without failing.

    Thinking: about losing weight, that I should start studying for my GRE, that I miss my college friends being back home, that I need to not eat so much, and doing some random thanking God for this or that.

  10. I love this post. It's like taking a step back and looking at the simple facts of the day.

    Wearing: my favorite baggy track pants, lace camisole, zipper hoodie
