New 'Do

My good friend Marie did my hair for me yesterday
I wanted a bit of a change
As I only ever tie my hair up in a top knot
So I told her to take a good bit off the length
She also coloured it for me
I was very happy with the result
(Someone commented once and asked me if I ever wear my hair down
At last, here it is
Down in all it's glory)
I don't know whether I prefer long or short hair
Both have pros and cons
But I am delighted with my new hair
I never go to the hairdresser
So it's great that my friend can do it
My sister says that I look like a politician
I am ignoring her

    I think it makes you look like a woman instead of a girl, but then in a good way. Smarter, wiser, educated.
    I do understand the politician remark, in the 'it makes you look more serious' manner of speaking. As if you choose to be taken serious.....
    (I hope you understand I mean well, explaining does not seem to be my cookie nor cup of tea)

      I think this style suits me and my age better and it's great to have a whole change of image

    So sophisticated and adorable. It makes you look a bit grown up, which I think is very flattering and fitting for this new (recovering) stage of your life!

    Seeing these photos (on this post and your last several) makes me so happy. You are glowing and look full of life. Such a change from last year. I am insanely proud of you.

    It's a great cut for you and I agree it makes you look older and full of purpose.

    Is there a bit of red in the color, or is that just the picture?

      I think it's just the light in the photo
      I have been red in the past though
      So there could be a little tint left x
