    1. Aw thanks Jo
Honestly I didn't feel one bit confident inside
      I was like a swan
      Calm on the outside
But paddling like the clappers underneath
      But thank you
I was afraid I sounded really thick x

  7. Wonderful job Ruby. You sounded so knowledgeable and most important HOPEFUL.

In your earlier post you mentioned that you didn't get a chance to get all your points across. What would you like to have added?

It was a wonderful program and I enjoyed the doctor. Very much. He seemed kind and so helpful.

    Continued hugs to you.

    1. Thank you JJ
And good to hear from you

Yes I had lots of things I wanted to say
Like how a persons weight does not dictate how sick they are
      And more about recovery
It all went straight out of my head
And I guess nerves took over too
      However
I trust that whatever cane out
      Was supposed to come out

Yes I thought the doctor was good too
He said some really lovely things to me

      Huge right back atcha x

  8. i am so proud of you for what you've done. it's taken a lot of courage, but you've smashed it. you've done so brilliantly, and i'm very proud of you for the way things are turning out. this is such a huge step, and it's something i don't think i could do. it's very astounding.

yes, your voice is lovely too xxx but you already know that. ;) you UK people have the best accents!!! i couldn't watch the whole things as i am just triggered by the word 'anorexia' and 'bulimia' said in 'real life'. i can withstand it if it's in a post format/instagram/basically if i don't 'hear' it. funnily so. i just watched some of your parts and i know you've done the universe proud. but you probably know that ;) or you should!!

i hope nothing i said was offensive/terrible. my headspace is slightly weird these days. <3 you know that everything i say i say with the best intent. :)
